I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE ALONE

Two Passion Pit Remixes for your listening pleasure, one by the always fantastical Classixx and the other by MMOTHS (more on him in a future blog post hopefully). This also marks the first free stuff post in a long long time, so click through below for free downloads of both.

YOU NEVER CAN TELL

The Joy Formidable - Whirring

Nothing like some free stuff of a Friday afternoon. For your listening pleasure right click and save here for a free download of The Joy Formidable's most excellent song 'Whirring', I recommend you put it on repeat to appreciate it fully.
The Joy Formidable are the first band signed to Black Bell Records, the label founded by Passion Pit’s synth player/sampler Ayad Al Adhamy at the start of this year. If you like what you hear above, keep an eye out on May 4th for their new 8-song EP 'A Balloon Called Moaning' and for more on The Joy Formidable head over here.

NO HISSY FITS, MIND MY MANNERS

Tegan and Sara - Alligator (Toro Y Moi remix)

17 versions of the same song in one handy package. Tegan and Sara released the Alligator EP on Tuesday which along with Sara's original demo, includes remixes by Passion Pit, Four Tet, Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio, and the above from Toro Y Moi, among others. Enough excitement on it's own without their recent announcement of more European dates. If you've already got your ticket we can start the countdown to June together.

WELCOME TO OUR HOME, PLEASE EXCUSE THE MESS
